How to make Sushi Rice
Place 1 ½ cups of PGF Sushi Rice into a strainer and rinse the rice with cold water very well until the water becomes clear. Drain and place it in a medium sauce pan and add 2 cups cold water. Soak the rice for 30 min, then cover and bring to a boil. Now reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 15 min. Once the rice has finished cooking, move it off the heat and leave it for another 10 min. You may now pour 1/3 cup of sushi vinegar, and gently stir until it is combined. Be very careful so that you do not mush the rice. Allow the rice to cool.
