Sherry shallot vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Chatel Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Organic Black Pepper

Preparation

  • In small bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
  • Serve sherry shallot vinaigrette.
