Honey mustard vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Chatel Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Organic Black Pepper
  • 1 cup La Tourangelle Grape Seed Oil
  • 1/2 cup Chatel Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Gradually whisk in oil, vinegar, water and honey until thickened and smooth.
  • Pour into jar; secure lid.
  • Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
  • Shake honey mustard vinaigrette well before using
