Mustard vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic, smashed
- 2 tablespoons Chatel Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Chatel Dijon Mustard
- 5-6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- pinch of Dried Parsley
- pinch of Dried Thyme
- Salt and Fresh Ground Organic Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- In small bowl, add vinegar, garlic, mustard and mix well.
- Slowly whisk in olive oil.
- Add parsley and thyme, salt and pepper, taste mustard vinaigrette and adjust seasonings.
