Mustard vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic, smashed
  • 2 tablespoons Chatel Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Chatel Dijon Mustard
  • 5-6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • pinch of Dried Parsley
  • pinch of Dried Thyme
  • Salt and Fresh Ground Organic Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • In small bowl, add vinegar, garlic, mustard and mix well.
  • Slowly whisk in olive oil.
  • Add parsley and thyme, salt and pepper, taste mustard vinaigrette and adjust seasonings.
