We use a slab of PGF Himalayan Pink Salt in the preparation and presentation of dishes such as Wagyu steak. We do this by heating the salt slab and cooking the dish on the slab in front of customers. This process has become so popular that this is now our restaurant’s signature dish. PGF salt is a vital ingredient in our restaurant kitchen.

we have started using himalayan salt in our bread in the last 6 months and are very happy and excited to be doing so.
although the salt comes a great distance, we have chosen to use it for health, quality and energetic reasons.
we take great care in choosing our ingredients and salt is a very important part.
we are very proud to be using this product and have been very happy with the results we have tasted, seen and felt in our breads. in addition, we have been very grateful to be working with the team at PGF( HBC trading ).
