Shipping & Returns

Premium Gourmet Food delivers Australia wide for a fee based on the number of items and total weight. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and presented to you at the time of checkout. Promotions may reduce or eliminate shipping cost.

We recommend you provide a work address to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel in person, this will ensure safe delivery as, if the parcel is too large for a letterbox they may just take it to your nearest post office. If using a work address please be sure to include the business name. If your parcel has not been received within 10 working days please contact us (info@premiumgourmetfood.com.au) with your full name and order number so we can give you your tracking number. In most cases your parcel will be at your local post office waiting for you to pick it up.

Due to the nature of our products Premium Gourmet Food cannot deliver to international destinations.

Delivery Time

Orders paid by Bank Deposit will not be posted until the payment has been cleared (this can take 1-3 working days). Thus, please allow additional time for delivery if this is your case. Please make sure you email info@premiumgourmetfood.com.au once you have deposited the money to inform us of the details of your deposit (specifically the date, receipt number & reference used). If we do not receive this email we will not know your money has been deposited. This may result in a cancellation of your order.

Sales Taxes & Handling Charges

For some products purchased through Premium Gourmet Food a mandatory 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable by Australian law. This 10% GST will be included in your order subtotal as applicable and processed at the checkout at the time of purchase.
